1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The item must not be a final sale or non-returnable item
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used consumable products (gummies, edibles, disposables, cartridges, pre-rolls, concentrates)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Promotional or bundled items sold at a discount
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the defective/damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
