Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Happi. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and important information about receiving your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping (UPS Next Day): 1-2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, destination, and other factors.

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states where our products are legal. However, due to varying state and local regulations, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific locations. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided or by logging into your account on our website.

6. Signature Requirement

Due to the nature of our products, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at assist@happihemp.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO addresses are also accepted, but please note that delivery times may be longer for military addresses.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage.

10. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Customs or regulatory issues

We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.
